Practitioners' Rights
The following is a statement of your rights to know what to expect when working with our staff.
You Have the Right to:
- Have information about our programs and services, staff qualifications and any contractual relationships.
- Decline to participate in or work with our disease management program and services for your patients, if the client's contract allows.
- Be informed of how we coordinate interventions with treatment plans for individual patients.
- Know how to contact the person responsible for managing and communicating with your patients.
- Be supported by us when interacting with your patients to make decisions about their health care.
- Receive courteous and respectful treatment from our staff.
- Communicate complaints and provide feedback to us.
