Detailed Profile of Patient's Prescription History

When our records indicate a patient is taking multiple psychotropic drugs, Cigna sends you a report that provides an overview of the Complex Psychiatric Case Management program. You also receive a detailed profile of the patient's six-month prescription history. The six-month report includes the psychotropic drugs the patient is taking and whether or not the patient's complying. These reports are designed to notify you of information in our system that may help you manage patient treatment plans.
