If your patient is enrolled in a Cigna medical, behavioral, or Cigna dental plan, they can take advantage of generous discounts from Healthy Rewards. Log in to myCigna.com, or call the toll-free number provided on the back of the Cigna ID card. They should remember to show their Cigna ID card or identify themselves as a Cigna member to get their discount.

Healthy Rewards programs are separate from plan coverages; copayments and coinsurance do not apply. If a Cigna plan includes coverage for any of these services or products, Healthy Rewards discounts are in addition to—not instead of—plan benefits. Because Healthy Rewards programs are separate from plan coverages, members must pay the entire discounted charge.
